This post was written a week ago and remained there out of sheer laziness to lie. The result today because it has nothing to do absolutely nothing that is rampant with Christmas, then mi sembra il momento più adatto.
Ci sono momenti di felicità gratuita e immotivata. Oggi voglio festeggiare, dopo tanto buio, una serie inaspettata di giorni felici. Felici così, senza motivo: semplicemente sto proprio bene, e stare bene gratis è bellissimo, soprattutto se lo standard è da tanto tempo il contrario.
Da sempre sostengo che per prepararsi una cena come si deve non occorre saper cucinare. Affermazione temeraria, e che potrei contraddire già da subito riflettendo sul fatto che per fare bene cose semplici bisogna, in realtà, avere almeno una certa pratica e, soprattutto nel caso di pietanze semplicissime, essere tignosi sulla qualità degli ingredienti. Ma non scassiamoci le balle da soli! Non oggi che sono di ottimo umore, avendo passato il pomeriggio in perfetta serenità a fare aranzadas e a baloccarmi con i miei giocattoli nuovi. E quindi, dopo tanto lavorìo minuzioso di coltellini e con le narici piene del profumo di arance e miele, di mettermi a cucinare la cena proprio non ho voglia. Per fortuna in congelatore alberga un bel filettone sui 250 grammi, e nel frigo c'è tutto il resto dell'occorrente per aumentare con poco sforzo il tasso di contentezza.
Ingredienti:
- una fetta fillet at least two fingers high
- some salted anchovies (or even oil, but of supreme quality). PROHIBITED pasta anchovy.
- a lemon, preferably untreated
- two tablespoons of butter at room temperature
Slice the lemon and remove seeds from any two slices.(For this recipe, with minor clarifications that has now become my favorite way to eat the thread, thank Mammatilli, which is a super-cooking and knows more of the devil).
Desalinated a couple of anchovies and mash them with a knife (or whatever you want) and grind into a paste. Mix it with butter and beat again until you have a nice smooth cream.Spread in a thick layer (half cm) on the slices of lemon, and put in the freezer for a few minutes (or refrigerate for an hour, if you've been sighted).
Preheat the oven to heat the pot and place. Fundamental and do not understand why. That's how you learn to cook and eat well-not - or at least that's how I learned.
